Free CPR & Defibrillator Training Course

This course will be given by Penny a first responder at EMAS.

I attended a free CPR and Defibrillation course at the Skegness Tower Gardens Pavilion. Keeping my clients safe and feeling confident that I’ll know what to do in an emergency is a priority. Not only as a fitness instructor, but also as a day-to-day normal person.  Attending a course like the group did today for 2 hours could be the difference between life and death for somebody in cardiac arrest.

I took Penny’s email and have made it my mission to become an advocate for bringing life saving courses to our local area. Please take advantage of this free 2hr course on Friday 26th April 2024.  The more people that know how to save a life = the more lives saved.
