Apricity Yoga Safety Disclaimer Notice
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Yoga can be physically challenging and carries risks that cannot be entirely eliminated. These include the risk of personal injury, such as (pulling muscles/cramping, falling over, muscle/joint twinges).
By taking part in an Apricity Yoga class, you are acknowledging that you will:

act responsibly, sensibly and within your physical capability at all times;

inform Millie of any medical conditions that may affect your ability to practice yoga (in particular, pregnancy) prior to the Apricity Yoga class taking place, and that subsequently you will not participate in an Apricity Yoga class without Millie’s express consent;

consult with your GP before participating in an Apricity Yoga class, in particular if you are pregnant or have a medical condition likely to be affected by practicing yoga;

not participate in an Apricity Yoga class if you are under the influence of alcohol and/or non-prescription drugs;

follow all of Millie’s instructions (please clarify with her if you are unclear of any instructions);

wear appropriate clothing and equipment that is in reasonable condition for yoga practice;

make yourself aware of, and adhere to, any guidance and/or rules of the premises where the Apricity Yoga class is taking place;

Choose to use the easier variations of movements or yoga postures that feel more comfortable for you and your body. As soon as something feels painful gently changing position.
In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by Millie, your participation in an Apricity Yoga class is entirely at your own risk.
It is important that you read and understand this notice before booking. If there is any term that you do not understand, please discuss this with Millie before booking your session(s)/event(s).
