Yoga at Enys Gardens
Join us for an outdoor yoga experience in the serene surroundings of Enys Gardens, Penryn, Cornwall. With its peaceful woodlands and historic charm, Enys offers the perfect backdrop to reset your mind, body, and spirit as we welcome the new year. Enjoy a peaceful wonder through Enys Gardens from 10:00am, before settling onto your yoga mat at 10:30am for a beginner-friendly outdoor yoga session. During this practice, we’ll focus on connecting with nature, fostering wellness, and a sense of grounding.

Class Duration: 1 hour. (Includes 15 mins relaxation and meditation)
Where to find us: Our yoga session will take place on the beautiful grass lawn in front of the house.
What to Expect
Access to Enys Gardens for a peaceful wonder through the grounds
A rejuvenating yoga session led by Millie Briggs from Apricity Yoga, designed to suit all levels, including beginners.
Gentle stretches, grounding poses, and mindful breathing to help you reset and find balance.
What to Bring
A Yoga mat
Layers of comfortable clothing to keep warm.
A blanket for Savasana/Meditation (optional but recommended).
A reusable water bottle.
Additional Information
This event will take place outdoors, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
In the event of poor weather, we have a backup indoor space on-site to ensure the event goes ahead as planned.
Spaces are limited to ensure an intimate and relaxing experience, so early booking is advised.
On-site parking is available.
