Shoulders, Neck & Upper Back
In this session, you’ll experience refreshing stretches and gentle strengthening exercises designed to release built-up tension and discomfort in the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Feel renewed as aches and tension headaches ease away, and enjoy improved posture that supports a lighter, more comfortable daily movement.
Spine & Sides of the Body
This week focuses on spinal alignment and flexibility, essential for maintaining a healthy and strong back. Through gentle twists and side stretches, you’ll work to release stiffness, reduce back pain, and enhance mobility along the entire spine, promoting better balance and ease of movement.
Hips & Knees
Strong and flexible hips and knees are vital for maintaining independence and an active lifestyle. This session offers targeted exercises to strengthen the muscles supporting these joints, improve hip mobility, and reduce discomfort, helping you move with greater confidence and stability.
Breath-work, Relaxation & Mindset
The final week offers a restorative experience designed to nurture your mental and emotional wellbeing. Immerse yourself in refined breathwork techniques that enhance lung capacity and invite tranquility. Delight in guided meditations that gently dissolve stress and tension, complemented by mindful practices that cultivate gratitude and elevate your sense of positivity and inner calm.
