I’m super excited to be teaming up with Nirvana Spiritual Events to be a part of their Day of Mindfulness July 22nd. I was lucky enough to have been scouted by the event management to ask whether I’d teach some Goat Yoga at the farm and I’m really looking forward to this fun little session with the hilarious Pygmy Goats.
